THE WEDDING EXPO AT NBC TENT

Last Saturday, pumunta kami ni Mon sa Wedding Expo sa NBC Tent sa The Fort. Actually, pagod siya kaya nagpaiwan siya sa car while I made the rounds of the exhibitors at the bridal fair. Okay lang kasi this is his 2nd bridal fair, while its my 3rd. He was very supportive on our first bridal fair so I did not really mind if he's not too interested now. But despite that little setback (coz I was expecting him to accompany me inside the fair) It was still a most productive trip. As usual wala na naman akong nabook pa kasi nga wala pa rin kaming date hanggang ngayon. However, productive siya kasi marami akong nameet na supplier at eto na ang mga under consideration namin:

Church: Caleruega Status: For reservation

Music: Sentimental Groove (kasi pwede silang maging choir sa church, instrumental quartet, or show band, at will)

Florist: Flowers of May (mayroon din silang venue sa Tagaytay na for rent -- about P5,000 yung venue nila na good for 100 people)

Photo and Video: Chito Vecina (because I like the photojournalism style of photography and he already has Danny Orcullo doing video so okay na sakin) I really like Danny Orcullo's work.

We are also considering THIRD DAY. Although, I met them at the other Bridal Fair in Diosdado Macapagal Ave., I am still seriously considering them.

Here are also some ideas that I got from the Bridal Fair:

1. crystal tiara - although I was originally thinking of putting flowers in my hair.

2. gifts, souvenirs, favors - chocolates, excel frames

After the Bridal Fair, Mon and I decided to drop by Market! Market! coz we have never been to the place. My babes was thinking of having dinner at Shakeys but after seeing the many choices at the food court area of Market! Market! we decided to just have some shawarma, roast beef and roasted chicken (which by the way was maalat). We were intrigued by the long line at the barbecue stall but we were too famished to queue up.

In Market! Market! I discovered this shop that had materials for anyting DIY. Accesorize It!, that's the name of the shop. I am keeping this in mind coz I will get my materials from this shop when I start doing stuff for the wedding. Related to that, I also found some nice cutesy stuff at simple joys when I last dropped by at megamall.

After walking around a bit, Mon and I decided to watch a movie, "The Aviator". See my review at lisalaw.multiply.com. We had a great time together. I just hope next time Mon comes along with me to the bridal fair. Hahay!
